Terrible company and location to donate for!!! The staff is VERY rude and ghetto. I only donate here when I'm a new donor because it's way to much to deal with for 25$. You're here 3 hours plus new donor or not. The staff takes there sweet time with everything they do. It seems to me as if the entire staff needs customer service training. They all lack it from management on down. When you think you need extra money think twice or maybe even 3x before visiting here. I've called more than 10x and no answer. When they did answer I was on hold for 11 minutes. Now every time I call to see what time they're closing today they pick up the phone and hang up. Honestly this is why I stopped donating here awhile ago and went to CSL plasma where they are fast and friendly. This location needs to be shut down. It's a disgrace.
